Lake Jordan Concierge offers a range of lake property preparation services including stocking your lake house with groceries, exterior furniture preparation, boat fueling, leaf blowing, garbage removal, and more.  

We offer packages of services for arrival and departure that can include the following:

ARRIVAL SERVICES ($99)

• Exterior furniture preparation (cleaning, placing cushions, arrangement)
• Leaf blowing of concrete and decks
• Clean boat houses of cobwebs, debris, and nests
• Aroma treatment in living area using oil diffuser.  You select from the following scents: Sandalwood, Eucalyptus, Apple, Lavender, Almond, Peony, Pine, Jasmine, Vanilla, Coconut, Cinnamon
• Uncover watercraft
• On-site boat fueling with the fuel type you specify. Payment for fuel is due via venmo or check prior to purchase.
• Check propane tank levels and fill/replace if needed with pre-payment
• Stock boat dock fridges/areas with drinks, food or supplies
• Inflate water trampolines, rafts, and water sport inflatables
• Thermostat setting
• Dining and recreation recommendations and reservations if needed
• FREE fresh flowers and welcome basket
• Ask us about other needed services

SHOP AND STOCK ($49)

• Don't waste your precious time at the lake buying groceries, carrying them into the house, and putting them away in the kitchen and/or dock.  Let us take care of this chore for you.  The preferred process is for you to complete an online order from the High Pointe Town Center Publix in Prattville, AL.  Pay online and collaborate with us to schedule a time for us to pickup within 36 hours of your arrival at the lake.  Alternatively, we can phone you to compile a shopping list.  Payment for groceries is due via venmo or check prior to purchase.

DEPARTURE SERVICES ($99)

• Garbage removal
• Stripping of bedding
• Exterior furniture storing
• Replace cover on watercraft
• Secure water trampolines, rafts, and water sport inflatables
• Thermostat setting
• Confirm locking of doors
• Ask us about other needed services

BLISSFUL BUNDLE - Save $25 by utilizing all three services - arrival, departure, and shop & stock for $224.

Note that we provide lake property preparation services, not landscaping nor house cleaning services.  If you need services such as lawn mowing, weed eating, house cleaning, laundry, etc., we will be glad to refer you to other trusted professionals with which we have had good experience.

We will have a conversation about what you need and when you need it.  If groceries are purchased, to ensure quality meats and pastry items, groceries will be purchased from Publix.  You will be billed for the exact amount of the purchase.  Secure arrangements for property access will be made in advance.  

PAY

We will provide you information on how to pay via Venmo or check in advance.  An estimated payment is due in advance for grocery, fuel, or propane purchases.

Enjoy your time at the lake arriving with everything you need in place and depart without worrying about straightening up.
